When I try to layer the cookie crumbs, static cling makes them jump and cling to the side of the plastic cup. I have tried slightly wetting the side of the cups, but it didn't help. Is there something I can do to stop this from happening to create a neater appearance?

No need to take the filling out, just toss the Oreos in the processor whole.

About how far in advance can you make the pudding mixture? We are having a birthday party tomorrow and I was trying to lighten my daytime load by making the mixture today. Would it work?

Thanks for sharing your recipe! Did you take out the "creme" filling in the oreos before you put them in the food processor? Or did you throw the whole thing in?

I used 9oz.cups and made 16 cups. I used 1/8 cup cookie crumbs, 1/4 cup pudding mixture, repeated the layers again and then topped with cookie crumbs.
